Located on the fabulous Finistère coast, Douarnenez is an attractive town rich in maritime history with
narrow streets lined with craft shops and old fisherman’s cottages. You will also find gorgeous beaches
and colourful quaysides with plenty of cafés and restaurants to choose from. If you enjoy walking and
taking in the sea air follow the coastal path to the beautiful bay of Plomarch. Or take the kids to the
Port Musée where you can climb aboard and wander around traditional boats from all over the world.
Opposite this museum is the tiny Isle of Tristan (accessed at low tide), known as the treasure island
with its exotic botanical gardens and even a princesses’ house - there are fabulous views from here too.
Just outside the small village of Poullan sur Mer and 5k from the beach at Douarnenez is this quiet 6
hectare site with 190 pitches in pleasant countryside. Good facilities include a heated aquatic centre
and various sporting activities.

tv, table / chairs, settee, kitchen corner (fridge / freezer, microwave + hob). 1 double bedroom and 2nd
bedroom with 2 single beds and a bunk bed. Shower, wc. Partly covered wooden terrace with garden
furniture & bbq.
Max: 6+ - Chalet style ‘Cottage La Rieus’ mobile homes are as Max 4 / 5+ except there are 3 bedrooms - 2
twins and a double with a king size bed. Open wooden terrace.
