Pornichet is a lively, popular resort right next door to its larger well known neighbour La Baule and it's
difficult to know where one ends and the other begins. Pornichet, however, is quite different and has a
charming appeal all of its own which includes 3 thalassotherapy centres (water treatments), a marina,
casino, horse racing and various watersports including sailing and sea-kayaking so is ideal for a family
summer holiday. Right in the town centre opposite the covered market hall and close to the marina,
the Escale Oceania is modern and stylish, and the air conditioned bedrooms all have a small balcony
and a shower as opposed to a bath. Guests also have the use of a small fitness room. Garage parking
