St Cast is a lovely seaside resort with 7 beautiful,
fine sandy beaches and breathtaking scenery -
keen walkers can access the old customs trail
GR34 from here to enjoy stunning views of the
Emerald Coast. A very popular activity in this area
is shellfish picking and there are tours that will
safely guide you out to forage for mussels, cockles
and oysters, all ending with a delicious tasting
session. If you are in need of some culture, visit
Chateau du Guildo, a striking castle ruin located a
20 minute drive away. Within an hour’s drive from
here and worth exploring is the lovely old town
of St Malo, medieval Dinan and Bourbansais Zoo.
Le Châtelet is a friendly 9 hectare site with 216
pitches and direct access to a gorgeous coastline,
a beach cove (300m) and a peaceful bay for
fishing or relaxing. On site facilities include a
lovely indoor pool with sliding cover. Just 3k away
is a tree adventure course with activities for all the
family (book at site reception).

Amongst many delights to see along the Rance
estuary you will come across one of France’s
most beautiful villages, St Suliac. A guided tour
is available past the pretty granite cottages and
12thC church before heading up to the Virgin of
Grainfollet statue for superb views. In St Malo you
can visit the Grand Aquarium, stroll around the
ramparts overlooking the old town then perhaps
take the 10 minute sea bus to elegant Dinard
with its sandy beaches and good coastal walks.
Medieval Dinan is also a pleasure to discover
with its cobbled streets lined with half-timbered
houses.
Le P’tit Bois is a very attractive 6.5 hectare site
with 275 pitches and is just a few minutes’ drive
away from fine sandy beaches. Good facilities
include a heated aquatic centre comprising 2
outdoor pools, an indoor pool with jacuzzi and a
covered activity waterpark for children. Only 1
pet accepted.
