The beautiful Cotentin peninsula has a variety of landscapes, both coastal and inland and it is also a
region rich in history. You will find wide sandy beaches and charming seaside villages such as unspoiled
Barfleur with its pretty houses and pleasant harbour full of colourful fishing boats. The remote moorland
of the Cap de la Hague which teems with amazing flora and wildlife including migrating birds is ideal for
hiking & cycling. Or you may prefer the hustle and bustle of Cherbourg with its good shops & restaurants
and don’t miss La Cité de la Mer which is not only the home of the world’s largest submarine but it also
boasts 17 aquariums including one that is 11 metres deep (the deepest in Europe).
This excellent, family run 17 hectare site is on a hillside (spectacular sea views) surrounded by a forest
and moors. There is a fairly steep footpath that leads directly to a small sandy beach (200m). Larger
beach 3k. Good facilities include a heated outdoor pool and an indoor pool with a jacuzzi. One small
dog accepted (kept on a lead). An eco tax of 0.40€ per person (over 2 yrs) per night is payable on site.
Max: 4 - Chalet style ‘Cottage’ mobile homes have living room with tv, table / chairs, padded seating,
kitchen corner (fridge / freezer, microwave + hob), double and twin bedroom. Shower, wc. Terrace with
garden furniture & 2 sun loungers. Bbq.
Max: 6 - As above except there is a 2nd twin bedroom.

Bed linen hire - 8.50 euros per single bed, 12.50 euros per double bed. Towel hire - 5.50 euros per person.
