Under the sunny skies of the Vendée, Camping
le Littoral is close to rocky coves, a small pebble
beach & coastal footpaths and near the excellent
18 hole golf course and pleasant harbour at Port
Bourgenay (1k). A shuttle bus takes you to the
nearest large sandy beach at Le Veillon (3k) and
the popular resort of Les Sables d’Olonne with
its many facilities including an abundance of
watersports, fine restaurants, bustling nightlife
and a very good zoo.
This well kept 9 hectare site with 420 pitches is
in a pleasant rural setting with many activities
& facilities for the whole family including
a fabulous indoor pool complex, outdoor pool
and free children’s activities. Evenings are lively
with a good variety of entertainment all season.
There is also an aquarium to visit nearby (walking
distance). Gas bbq hire.

This fairly small, friendly resort is in between the
larger seaside town of St Jean de Monts with its
long promenade, good shops & restaurants and
the picturesque old fishing port of St Gilles Croix
de Vie. The surrounding area is perfect for enjoying
walks & picnics and with many cycle paths it’s
worth hiring bikes that are available in the village
(300m). A short drive away in Bretignolles sur Mer
(14k) is Vendée Miniature - a magical model village
the whole family will enjoy, or for a complete
change of scenery take the relaxing 45 minute
boat trip out to the beautiful Ile d’Yeu.
With direct access via footpath over a large dune
to a gorgeous sandy beach (50m) this attractively
laid out, family run site with 200 pitches has
excellent facilities including a heated outdoor pool
with 3 waterslides and an indoor pool. Restaurants
and shops are all within walking distance.
