The Pool: 10m x 5m and 0.4m to 2.2m deep. Fenced, heated, open June to Sept & shared with other gites, owners and
their B&B guests (up to 14 in total).
There are shared bicycles for 3 adults and 2 children (toddler and 6 to 8yrs) on site to explore the surrounding area.

shower / wc) & 2 smaller twin rooms. Portable radiators. Use of w / machine. 2 large shared gardens, 1 with the pool area,
the other with lawn & trees. Car port. Deep unfenced river alongside the property & pond also on site (property unsuitable
for under 8s & children will need supervision). No smoking.
The Pool: 12m x 4.8m and 1.45m deep. 25m from the house, it is alarmed and has sun terrace with chairs & loungers.
Open May to Oct, shared with owners.
Baugé en Anjou (until recently just Baugé) has a small 15thC château with a fascinating exhibition of medieval history.
Beautiful Saumur with its château overlooking the Loire is only half an hour away.
