accommodation is on grd floor. Lovely kitchen with f / freezer, m / wave & d / washer. W / machine & t / dryer in cellar.
Breakfast room. Spacious living room with superb dining area (ornamental fireplace) and a cosy & comfortable lounge
(inset fireplace, tv, dvd, views over garden and pool). 4 bedrms - a dble, a small twin, a single and a huge tple (once
slept in by a princess) with a king size and sgle bed. Duvets. Large shower room / wc. Bath / shower room. Wc. Travel cot,
high chair, booster seat. C / heating. Huge, enclosed grounds with large fenced pond (fishing). Patio with furniture & bbq.
Private Pool: 8m x 4m and 1.4m deep with safety cover. Heated, open April to mid September for the exclusive use of
clients. Sun loungers.
If you enjoy cycling the 'Loire à Vélo' route passes just in front of the gite. It is the best way to discover the treasures
of the Loire Valley.

This pleasant detached property and its pool is an ideal place to unwind after a day's sightseeing. 2nd gite next door.

The owner of this gite is a chef and caterer and will be happy to prepare meals for you (on request and at extra charge)
or even a bbq around the pool area under the lovely covered terrace.
