Located on the beautiful Côte de Nacre, Ouistreham offers an abundance of facilities including a gorgeous
2k stretch of sandy beach, watersports, crazy golf and good restaurants. Venture east along the coast to
the pretty seaside villages of Houlgate and Villers sur Mer to the larger, more stylish resort of Deauville
(40k) with its famous promenade and colourful parasols. West takes to you to the famous D-Day beaches
of Sword, Juno and Arromanches les Bains (35k) where there is an excellent and very thought provoking
museum to visit. Inland, the Normandy capital of Caen is about a 20 minute drive away and is full of culture
and history with the resting place of William the Conqueror in his majestic Abbaye aux Hommes. Or head to
Bayeux (40k) to discover its wonderful cathedral and fascinating tapestry.
Camping Riva Bella is a 6 hectare site with 300 pitches set in the heart of a natural park within walking
distance (1.3k) of the town centre and 3k from a long, fabulous beach. Good on site facilities include a mini
farm, an indoor pool and activities for the whole family. Cycle tracks (bike hire on site) leave nearby along
the Orne river up to the coast.
Max: 4 - Chalet style ‘Evasion’ mobile homes have living room with table / chairs, padded seating, kitchen
corner (fridge / freezer, microwave + hob). Double and twin bedroom. Shower, wc. Terrace with garden
furniture. Bbq & tv hire.
Max: 6 - Chalet style ‘Prestige’ mobile homes have living room with tv, table / chairs, padded seating,
kitchen corner (dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave + hob). Double and 2 twin bedrooms. Shower, wc.
Terrace (either covered or with a parasol) with garden furniture. Bbq hire. Bed linen is provided.
*Minimum stay 7 nts between 27 / 6-28 / 8 and 4 nts at other times.
Bed linen hire - 15 euros per double bed, 12 euros per single bed.
Towel hire - 10 euros per person.
Baby facilities - Baby kit (cot, high chair) hire 4 euros per night. End of stay cleaning - 70 euros.
