This is a superb location at the very end of
the stunning Quiberon peninsula facing the
famous Belle Île which as its name suggests is
a beautiful island and organised trips (charge
payable) leave from the campsite. Just 1k away
is Quiberon’s main beach ‘La Grande Plage’ which
has a children’s club and a bustling promenade
with small shops & crêperie stalls. A visit to the
Pointe de Conguel (2k) is a must for a superb view
over the Quiberon bay and for keen walkers there
are over 40 kilometres of hiking trails around the
peninsula to explore the wild coast & fishing ports
or inland across heathland to charming villages.
Le Bois d’Amour is a lovely campsite with over 250
pitches just 200m from a gorgeous little beach ‘Le
Goviro’. Facilities include a large indoor pool with a
paddling section for young children (games, water
jets, bubbles). Only 1 pet accepted.
Max: 4 / 5 - Chalet style ‘Confort’ mobile homes
have living room with table / chairs, sofa bed,
kitchen corner (f / freezer, microwave + hob),
double (king size bed) and twin bedroom. Shower,
wc. Partly covered terrace with garden furniture
and sun lounger. Bbq hire 5 euros per day.
Max: 6 - As above except there is a 2nd twin
bedroom.

This is a fabulous location on the Rhuys peninsula
between the beautiful Gulf of Morbihan with
its many islands & diverse landscape and the
fine sandy beaches & pretty fishing ports of
the Atlantic coast. Head inland to stroll around
the cobbled streets of medieval Vannes or visit
Branfére Zoo (34k) where about 1000 animals
roam free in a beautiful setting. Whilst here a trip
to the Belle Ile is a must - boats leave from Port
Navalo (20k) to this stunning island, the largest in
Brittany, which is best explored via the abundance
of footpaths or cycle trails. Just 3k away is the
Château de Suscinio, an impressive fortress facing
the sea where theatrical performances and music
concerts are held.
Manoir de Ker An Poul is a 6.5 hectare site with
314 pitches in the grounds of a lovely 15th century
manor house. The charming village of Penvins is
just 200m away and the beach is within walking
distance too (700m). Good on site facilities include
a heated outdoor and indoor pool. Only 1 pet
accepted.
