San Pedro is one of the small villages and farming hamlets found in the Bedoya valley, a beautiful part of the Picos de
Europa. Some of the best grapes used in the production of the local spirit Orujo are grown here, and the location and
surroundings are stunning. Lovely Casa El Puente is a traditional semi detached house next to another alongside a quiet
track that leads to some woods which are fantastic walking grounds. A real winner with previous visitors!

Reached by a steep mountain road (alt. 741m), Luriezo is a tiny farming hamlet high up on a hillside overlooking the
verdant green of the Valle Estrecho (Narrow Valley) below. Casa La Huerta is one of three attractive holiday homes
that stand slightly away from the rest of the hamlet so peace and quiet are very much the order of the day. Just

Obregón - Cabárceno

This casa is in a great location on the outskirts of Obregón and just a short walk from the Cabárceno Wildlife Park,
Cantabria's number one tourist attraction. This large park was once an iron mine, and is now a nature reserve where
animals from all over the world roam in partial freedom. It's totally different from the usual type of zoo and is a fantastic
day out for all the family and well worth a visit. For keen walkers and cyclists there is also a pretty 8k marked footpath
nearby that was once the track for the railway that took the iron ore mined locally to Astillero so that it could be shipped
abroad. With lovely views of the surrounding mountains and fields, Casa Doña Consuelo is in a quiet part of the village
and is a raised single storey house that has been simply furnished by its friendly owners.
