This is a popular area of south Brittany with its
wealth of unspoilt sandy beaches and charming
towns and villages. There are coastal walks to
follow and day trips could include the old walled
town and famous fishing harbour of Concarneau.
Or take a 15 minute drive inland to picturesque
Pont Aven which inspired artists including
Gauguin.
Les Deux Fontaines is a well maintained 9-acre
site with 300 pitches and plenty of facilities for
all the family including a 6 hole golf course and
a lovely indoor and outdoor pool area with sun
terraces. There are organised daytime activities
on site and evening entertainment in July and
August. Another attraction here is that it’s just
1k away from Tahiti beach, reached by footpath
from the site.

The wild and spectacular coastline here offers
great hiking & cycling trails and there are beautiful
islands to explore, the nearest being the Ile de
Groix with its lovely sandy beaches. Historic
towns to visit within an hour’s drive include the
walled town of Concarneau, the citadel of Port
Louis and Vannes with its charming old quarter &
good restaurants - you can take a boat trip from
here around the Gulf of Morbihan. Head to the
traditional Breton village of Poul Fetan (46k) to
take a journey back in time. You will get an idea
of what a Breton village was like during the 19th
century with its local culture, folklore and heritage
- take part in the community and farming life, or
have a go at some Breton games. Don’t miss the
alignments at Carnac (57k) where you can follow
in the footsteps of our distant ancestors. Set over
more than 4k with around 2,800 menhirs, dolmens
and covered walkways this is the world’s largest
megalithic location.
The main attraction of this pleasant and friendly
4.5 hectare site with 213 pitches is the direct
access to a superb little cove with fine sand,
clear sea and great views over Lomener’s small
port. Facilities include a heated, covered pool and
good activities for children in high season. Only 1
pet accepted.
