The quiet but pleasant little village of Réville is on the Cotentin peninsula, a short drive north of St Vaast
la Hougue, and an ideal place to stay whilst discovering this lovely part of Normandy. Right in its centre,
alongside the road, the family-run Au Moyne de Saire and its annexe has pleasant rooms all with en
suite shower, a good restaurant and a charming garden where you can sit and relax with a drink. There is
lots to see and do around here, the beach is under 1k away, and it is a lovely area for walking or cycling.

In a sheltered location surrounded by lush Normandy countryside, the small fishing port of St Vaast
farms some of the finest oysters in France so it’s no surprise to find that they feature on almost every
restaurant menu in town. In the centre, close to the port, this delightful family run hotel nestles in
wonderful sub tropical gardens filled with centuries-old fuchsias, eucalyptus and banana trees and
it is amongst this haven of tranquility that you find 3 charming buildings that house the individually
styled bedrooms, the breakfast rooms and the locally well known gourmet restaurant. Whilst here we
recommend a visit to Maison Gosselin, a veritable Aladdin's cave of goodies found in Rue de Verrue, and
no trip would be complete without visiting Tatihou island - either by boat or on foot at low tide.
